Earlier, Instagram users need to add hyperlinked and their friend’s name with whom they want to share their posts. But with this updates Instagram will automatically group conversations together, just like the way it works on Facebook.

Instagram Blog post reads:

Comment threads help you keep track of conversations and make it easy to respond to a specific thread. This update will make your feed an even better place to share interests, get inspired and connect with others.

With the latest Instagram update, users replies will automatically be grouped right underneath each thread. When there are multiple replies under a comment, it will say how many replies there are instead of showing the full content.

The update will roll out globally over the next few weeks for both iOS and Android users.

In the recent update, Instagram has added Photos and Video Replies to Stories. With this new feature, Users can now reply to Stories with a photo or video by tapping the camera button while watching one. Users can also capture a photo, video or Boomerang on the spot, as well as access the usual editing tools like filters, stickers, etc before tapping “Send” to share.
