Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) users, 3G users in short the users of internet will experience slow internet connectivity problem for few days. They are fixing it and will fix it as soon as possible. This problem arises due to the fault in submarine cable South East Asia- Middle East – Western Europe 4 (SEA-ME-WE 4). The issue in this cable led people of Pakistan to face poor internet speed for few days. It can be said that it is the backbone cable that provides internet, because including Pakistan it provides internet to rest of few countries in the world and also let these countries communicate with each other. Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, Srilanka, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Egypt, Italy, Tunisia, Algeria, France are connected through this fundamental cable. So it carries a big responsibility of providing internet. As PTCL said:

Restoring work has been initiated by the international consortium that manages the submarine cable system.
PTCL has took some precautionary measure so that the internet supply may not totally cut off but the user may experience some slow internet problem just like slow browsing, slow downloading or slow uploading. And hope that this issue will resolve soon and customer will enjoy high speed internet. Connectivity is as important in present century as food for life.
