iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and iPhone Ultra Prices Leak Ahead of Launch

Apple will reveal its next-generation iPhone lineup on September 9, and a new leak has given us an early look at the possible prices of the iPhone 18 Pro series. Vodafone Egypt reportedly listed the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and Apple’s first foldable iPhone Ultra before the listings were removed.

According to the leaked information, the iPhone Ultra will cost EGP 155,750. This would make it significantly more expensive than the current iPhone 17 Pro Max, which starts at EGP 94,400 in Egypt.

iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max and iPhone Ultra Prices Leak Ahead of Launch

Based on the Egyptian pricing, the iPhone Ultra could be around 65% more expensive than the iPhone 17 Pro Max. If the same difference were applied to Apple’s international launch prices, the foldable could cost around $1,980 in the US, £1,980 in the UK, €2,395 in Europe and PKR 550,000 (without tax) in Pakistan.

These figures are only estimates because Apple uses different pricing structures and taxes in different markets. However, the numbers suggest that the foldable iPhone could enter the premium foldable market at a very high price.

Another leak from Australia points in the same direction. The 256GB iPhone Ultra will reportedly cost AUD 3,700, while the 512GB and 1TB versions could cost AUD 4,200 and AUD 4,700, respectively. For comparison, the 256GB iPhone 17 Pro Max costs AUD 2,200 in Australia.

The leaked prices also include the regular Pro models. Vodafone Egypt reportedly listed the iPhone 18 Pro at EGP 98,000 and the iPhone 18 Pro Max at EGP 105,000.

For comparison, the 256GB iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max currently cost EGP 88,800 and EGP 94,400, respectively. This suggests an increase of around 10% for the Pro and 11% for the Pro Max.

Using a 10% increase as a rough estimate, the iPhone 18 Pro could start at around $1,210 in the US, £1,210 in the UK, €1,430 in Europe, and PKR 335,541 (without tax) in Pakistan. The iPhone 18 Pro Max could reach approximately $1,320, £1,320, €1,600, and PKR 366,000 (without tax), respectively.

The possible price increase may be due to the higher component costs. TrendForce estimates that the bill of materials for the iPhone 18 Pro could be around 40% higher than the previous generation. The estimated component cost for the 256GB model is reportedly around $1,400.

Still, none of these prices are official. Vodafone’s listings were reportedly removed, and Apple has not confirmed the pricing of any upcoming iPhone models.

Apple will announce the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and its first foldable iPhone on September 9. We will get final prices during the event.
