iPhone XS & iPhone XS Max users are having trouble in charging their devices. This problem is indicated by plenty of users who revealed that their phones were not charging properly when plugged in. Every story had one thing common: Their phones were not charging when they were in sleep mode or their screens are off. iPhone XS & XS Max Charging Bug is a huge set back for those people who bought iPhone as a status symbol.

A YouTube Unbox Therapy was told to discussiPhone XS & XS Max Charging Bug problem on the public forum. He performed a test by plugging in a bunch of iPhone XS and XS Max device. He came to know that many phones were not charging when he woke up the phone.

The test worsens more when one iPhone XS Max hanged in sleep mode when plugged in and he couldn’t take the phone out of frozen state until it was unplugged.

Apple has not responded to this bug right now and has also not revealed when it’s fixed will be coming to users. If it would be a software issue it will be updated with an update.
