A company spokesman said:
“Based on behavior we’ve seen on Facebook, where many small businesses post about their job openings on their Page, we’re running a test for Page admins to create job postings and receive applications from candidates.”

After clinking the button an online form will appear, having all the necessary information from the person’s Facebook profile. Applicants can edit and add to this information. According to Facebook they can review form before submitting it.
