They have the worst customer service that I ever experienced. Last time I called to check a hotel for me in Pindi, and they disappeared. after 3 hours I called them again and told them that I will be arriving in 3 hours in Pindi, so please make it quick. They said ok sir and sorry for the previous delay, put down the receiver and didn’t call back. seriously, why would any one consider their services. also, if by any good luck you happen to get their “recommendations” those would be far from even an upper middle class’s budget. So my honest opinion is, STAY AWAY FROM THEM
