We all know that K-Electric is a Pakistani electric supply company, based in Karachi, Sindh. It is a vertically integrated power utility that manages all three key stages including the generation, transmission, and distribution of producing and delivering energy to consumers. KE continues to facilitate its consumers by engaging them through social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter. Recently, the company has launched a Mobile App to facilitate consumers. K-Electric Mobile App has been launched in a bid to modernize the customer service.
K-Electric Mobile App Will Provide An Improved User Experience
The recently launched mobile app will enable consumers to lodge complaints, locate the nearest customer care centers and access their billing history, etc. In addition to that, a new web portal has also been launched and people can easily download this App via that portal. The App is available on both the Android Play Store and Apple Store.
The Mobile App will let the consumers access a number of features such as billing details with historic data, duplicate bill downloads, and integrated unit consumption comparative graphs. It will facilitate the customers in each possible way providing them improved customer service.
In addition to that, a K-Electric Spokesperson stated that:
“We have always believed in providing state-of-the-art solutions to our customers. We already offer a wide range of avenues to address consumer requests ranging from 30 customer care centers spread across its network, as well as one of the largest call centers state of the art consumer experience platform.”
