KPK gets its online FIR system

Public Safety is one of the top-most priorities of any Government. A safe and secure environment is essential for economic growth, social prosperity and political development of a society. Police, as the primary law enforcement agency in the province, bears the responsibility for providing safety and security through control of crime and maintenance of public order.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police envisions to use Information Technology as a change agent and has launched a number of projects including automation of police stations, finger print records, driving licenses and e-ticketing. This would enable Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police to address the challenges of 21st century in a befitting manner.

Another initiative of KPK police is that it has launched its website which provides online FIR system. This system will not only keep the public informed of the police performance but will also provide an opportunity to the public to communicate and interact with the police for making complaints.
