Latest Update Of Youtube Music For Android Let Users Select The Audio Quality
With this latest update, the Youtube Music users can now select the Audio quality too. Users can select Audio Quality on mobile network as well as on Wi-Fi. In order to make use of the new streaming controls, follow the steps written below:
- Simply head to Settings
- Tap “Audio quality on mobile network” or “Audio quality on Wi-Fi.” according to your choice
- After choosing one, each of these new settings will have four options
- Select Low, Normal, High, or Always High
- Enjoy your desired streaming quality
There are also some new download quality controls available in the Downloads menu. You will see a new “Audio quality” option in the Download menu. It offers further adjustments like Low, Normal, and High. In addition to that, a “Video quality” should enable users to set the streaming service to only store audio.
The company also announced that its latest streaming service would adopt a more consistent update cycle. However, the official changelog in the Google Play Store hasn’t been updated to reflect the new changes yet. The latest update will be rolled out gradually to the Youtube Music Users. In order to enjoy the new features, make sure you have the latest version of YouTube Music. Additionally, try to close YouTube Music from the system Recent menu and reload the app.
