WhatsApp Update for iOS Arrived with Plenty of New Features

The WhatsApp Latest update has brought a couple of improvements. These are three new features on WhatsApp for iOS.

  • Reply Privately:

Just like Android, now iOS users will also be able to reply to a member of the group privately. Previously Reply privately support was awarded to only those people in WhatsApp groups who were not participants of the group anymore.

In order to use this feature, WhatsApp users will have to hold a message in a group chat>select More>select Reply Privately.

  • Addition of Stickers in Photos and Videos:

This is the best feature which has come with WhatsApp Latest Update. Now one can click on Smiley when editing a photo or a video for adding stickers to media. Previously the emoji feature was only available in messenger.

In order to add stickers to Photos or videos, click on the Camera icon. Now click a new picture or video or you can also choose one from the existing images. Now edit your picture or video and click on the smiley icon.

  • 3D Touch:

WhatsApp for iPhone has also added a capability of 3D touch for iPhone users in order to preview a contacts’ status in the status tab. The user can also mute the status from preview screen. However not all iPhone models support 3D touch so only the devices with this capability will be able to enjoy this feature.

The most widely used messaging App, WhatsApp keep on launching new features in order to please its customers. Many good features are already launched whereas some are in a queue. A few days back we came to know that soon no one will be able to add you to the group without approval. Now there is another feature which will arrive with WhatsApp Latest Update with which your eyes will be less painful even after using the app for hours.  Click here to know more about this feature.
