Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition Debuts With Snapdragon 710 SoC

The latest handset, Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition is a less-powerful version of the Z6 Pro also known as Z6 Lite. It is the toned-down version of the Pro Version that went official earlier today.

Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition sports a 6.3-inch display having 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 2340 x 1080-pixel resolution. The smartphone also comes with HDR10 support. Designwise, the Z6 youth edition has a waterdrop notch display with pretty thin side and top bezels. Moreover, it is built out of roll cage magnesium alloy which is the same material we see on Lenovo’s ThinkPad notebooks.

The back panel of the Z6 Youth Edition comes with an 8-layer nanoscale coating. The Youth Edition has Snapdragon 710 SoC at the helm and it runs Android Pie-based ZUI 11 out-of-the-box. In addition to that, the smartphone comes in three memory configurations that include 4GB/64GB, 6GB/64GB, and 6GB/128GB. Furthermore, you can expand the storage by up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone comes in two colors including Knight Black and Stardust. The former has a textured back, while the latter comes with a gradient design.

The handset comes with a 4,050 mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. It also sports a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner with a 3.5 mm headphone jack at the bottom next to the USB-C port. The Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition Price for the 4GB/64GB model is CNY1,199 ($174). On the other hand, the 6GB/64GB version is priced at CNY1,399 ($203) and the 6GB/128GB variant is priced at CNY1,699 ($246). The smartphone will go on sale in China from May 28 through the company’s official China site, TMall, and JD.com.
