It comes with Ultra High Definition (3840×2160) resolution display and was successfully developed last June. LG 77-inch flexible & rollable OLED display has 40 percent transmittance and 80R curvature. The big thing is that it can be curved into a circle with an 80mm radius. LG Display also showed off 55-inch and 65-inch UHD Crystal Sound OLED (CSO) displays, which emit sound by themselves directly from the panel. The technology was first shown off at CES earlier this year.
The company has also given a glimpse of Quad HD displays 12.3-inches and 16.2-inches in size for automobiles, for the cluster and passenger seat respectively. However, an another 14.3-inch centre information display has touch support.
LG has beaten all others and took a lead in OLED innovation and in flexible displays. This technology is not currently available in consumer retail products but the company see it as the future display technology.
