If you are looking for a new apartment, but not getting the apartment of your choice for rent. Facebook, the  world’s largest social network is now making it easy for you by Facebook marketplace. You Can Now Use Facebook Marketplace to Look for an Apartment.

Facebook users can now browse housing rental units on Marketplace. Two Websites, Apartment List and Zumper are providing aggregate rental listings from across the Internet. These two partners will work with agents, property brokers and managers to fill out the expanded housing section.

Apartment Searchers will be able to filter the housing listings through a number of options, like location, price, rental type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, pet-friendliness and more.

Facebook mentioned in a statement:

“Hundreds of thousands of house and apartment rentals” that users can browse. Sellers can also upload photos of their properties directly to Facebook.

The company is expecting that Marketplace will allow users to more efficiently perform transactions.

Facebook’s Bowen Pan said:

“Now that we’re adding listings from Apartment List and Zumper, people can search even more options in the U.S. to find a place to call home. First with vehicles and now with housing rentals, we’re partnering with businesses to bring more ease and convenience for consumers.”

Right now the rental feature is available to Facebook users in U.S. The tech giant Facebook has not revealed its plans to expand this feature in other countries as well. Facebook has also not disclosed that whether Marketplace will feature more rental services in the future.

One week back, Facebook Introduced market place for buying cars with dealership sites. It seems that Facebook is getting profoundly involved in developing effective and efficient e-commerce platforms.
