Meizu 16Xs Goes Official With Triple Rear Camera Setup

Meizu launched 16s a few days back. After that, the company started working on another variant called 16Xs. We had been getting a lot of leaks regarding the Meizu 16Xs. Even though, it appeared on TENAA revealing some important specs. However, the handset went official earlier today with triple camera, UD fingerprint reader and Snapdragon 675.

Meizu 16Xs Specs, Color Options & Price

The Meizu 16Xs features a 6.2-inch AMOLED display that has a resolution of 2232 x 1080 pixels. It runs Android 9 Pie straight out of the box. It is powered by Snapdragon 675 and comes paired with 6GB of RAM and either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The handset comes with a triple camera set up at the rear which is a combination of 48MP, 8MP, and 5MP modules. The main 48MP sensor has an f/1.7 aperture, while the 8MP wide-angle unit features an f/2.2 lens. The third one is actually a depth sensor that aims to improve the portrait mode. On the front, there is a 16MP selfie snapper with f/2.2 aperture.

In addition to that, the 16Xs features an in-display fingerprint scanner. It has 64GB of storage onboard, but it doesn’t come with a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The device comes with a generous 4,000 mAh battery with support for mCharge 18W charging to keep the lights on. Furthermore, it also comes with Flyme OS 7 on top of Android 9.0 Pie. However, there is no 3.5mm audio jack.

The Meizu 16Xs Price for the 6GB/64GB model is set to be CNY 1,698 ($245) while the 128GB variant contains a price tag of CNY 1,998 ($289). Sale of Both models will start from June 10.
