Microsoft Edge Android App Now Gets A Major Update. In an update to version 220.127.116.1101, users can create new Favorites folders and rearrange them. They can also press and hold buttons in the bottom bar to view quick actions, and swipe left or right to navigate through the pages in the tab history.
Microsoft Edge Android App will also get general bug fixes and performance improvements
The update also includes general bug fixes and performance improvements. Moreover, users will also get an improved visual search option. This feature employs a picture taken by the user with a tap of the camera icon in the search bar, or with a photo taken from the camera roll. Visual Search comes up with information pertaining to the subject of the photo, including what it is and where it can be purchased (including the price) and more.
The major advantage of using Microsoft Edge is you can start browsing on your Windows 10 PC and then continue from where you left off on your Android smartphone while on the move. You can even sync your favorites and reading lists across your devices.
Edge also includes a solid number of features, such as Favorites, Reading List, New Tab Page, and Reading View. There is also a dark mode, in case you don’t want your retinas to burn in low-light scenarios, and “Continue on PC,” which lets you pick up where you left off on your Windows 10 version of Edge.
