Microsoft is Testing New Diverse Xbox Live Avatars

Microsoft is finally ready to unveil its new Xbox Live Avatars after so many leaks and rumors . Microsoft new avatar system will be available today to Xbox Insiders to test before being rolled out to all Xbox One users. The new avatars will allows users to fully customize their online character with body type options, clothing, and props.

Avatars are unique representation of your desired style, personality, creativity, and mood as you play on Xbox One.

Microsoft is Testing New Diverse Xbox Live Avatars

Microsoft is to start its testing by allowing Xbox One users access the new Avatar Editor. It is an app which comes with customizations for avatars. Microsoft will add accessories, props, moods, clothing, and appearance categories in the future. After the launch more content will be added. Microsoft’s Xbox Avatar Editor allows users to customize their body, face, hair, makeup, limbs, and even fingernails.

Good news is that all the options have color pickers, and the ability to buy additional items from an avatar store.

Bradley Rossetti, Microsoft’s Xbox Insider Team Lead said:

“Right now, we’re only turning on the Avatar Editor itself, but Xbox dashboard integration will be coming soon to Insiders.”

Microsoft has not disclosed the exact date that when the avatars will launch for all Xbox One users.
