The basic purpose behind the launch of Technology for Good program in Pakistan is to eradicate the obstructions on the roads to technology to achieve the social cause.

The Country Manager of Microsoft Pakistan– Abid Zaidi said:

The non profit associations have very limited assets. It is very difficult for them to decide whether to use these limited resources to build IT foundation or to allocate these resources for community support and social advancement.
Technology for Good aims to bridge the divide between resource management & effective allocation
The Technology for Good program launched by Microsoft aims at engaging non profits organization to accomplish more. Microsoft will give programming and cloud services so that these organizations can fulfill their missions.
