We all know that Coolpad is a Shenzhen Company that sued three group firms of Xiaomi earlier this year, for patent infringement. The company had not released any new gadget for a long time. Recently, Coolpad Introduced a new mid-range phone, Coolpad M3 quietly in China. There had been no official announcement about the launch of this handset. The company just silently demoed the Phone in China and it is now available for sales at JD.com.

Coolpad M3 Specs, Design, Price & Availability

The Smartphone features a 5.85-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1512 x 720 pixels. It has a screen to body ratio of 19:9. In addition to that, there is a big notch on the display which houses the camera. Moreover, the bezels on the side are moderately thin. The phone has a thick chin at the bottom.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek MT6750 chipset. The chipset comes with eight Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.5GHz. The phone only comes in a single storage variant. The single variant has 4 GB RAM with 32 GB internal storage. However, it is expandable using a microSD card.

Coolpad M3 features a dual camera set up at the back. The dual camera setup includes a 13 MP primary lens and a 5 MP secondary lens for depth sensing. On the front, the device has a 5 MP selfie snapper. It supports AI Face recognition and AI beautification. The handset weighs 171 grams. Furthermore, it has a fingerprint sensor on the rear. It runs Android 8.1 Oreo straight out of the box The battery size of the handset is 2,800 mAh. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth V4.0. Coolpad M3 Color Options include Blue Sea and Gentleman’s Enamel. The Coolpad M3 price is set at CNY 799, which is about PKR 15,464. The phone is quite budget-friendly. It is available on sales at JD.com.
