Mobile Registration Facility Available at Mobile Companies’ Franchises/Customer Service Centers Nationwide

To facilitate consumers wanting to register their mobile devices, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) through Mobile companies have made mobile registration service available at all Mobile Companies’ franchises/ customer service centres across Pakistan.

PTA will only entertain walk-ins for mobile device registration at its Headquarters in Islamabad and Zonal offices till Friday, 20th September 2019. List of all Mobile Companies franchises/ customer service centres is available at https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/facilitation-center. The mobile device can also be registered by dialling *8484# or visiting this link: https://dirbs.pta.gov.pk/drs/. All IMEI(s) (dual SIM) of the mobile devices must be registered.

The public is advised to always buy PTA approved mobile devices.
