Moto G6 and G6 Play Start Getting Android Pie Update

When many companies like Nokia, Sony and Huawei etc are bringing Android Pie update in many of their smartphones, Motorola also jumped into the race. Over the past month, Motorola has updated the Motorola OneOne Power, and Moto X4 to Android 9 Pie. Now Motorola Brazil has rolled out Android Pie update to Moto G6 and G6 Plus.

Android Pie Update for Moto G6 and G6 Play will soon be Available Globally

According to Google, Android Pie offers support for the latest edge-to-edge screens with a cut-out for the camera and speaker. Another major feature is App Actions, that insert quick actions based on your activities within the app launcher at certain times of the day. Android Pie also brings new system navigation.

As mentioned earlier, the Android Pie update is rolled out in Brazil. When it rolled out to one region, it may soon be available in other regions as well. Let’s see when it will be available all over the world.

A few days back, Motorola has rolled out Android Pie update to One Power. The update has included all the above-mentioned features. In addition to that, a new panorama feature with better low-light performance will also come with this update. Dual SIM Dual VoLTE support will also make its way to your phones with this latest update.
