Mr. Naseer A Akhtar Becomes the New Chairman of P@SHA

P@SHA (Pakistan Software Houses Association) has announced some changes to its leadership for the time period of 2016-2017. According to these changes, Mr. Naseer A Akhtar Becomes the New Chairman of P@SHA. However, some other changes are also made in Central Executive Committee. In addition to these changes, P@SHA also changes some legal status of NEST I/O, the business incubator.

So, now the President and CEO of InfoTech, will be the new Chairman of P@ASHA. The announcement was made during the general meeting of Pakistan software houses association in Karachi.

Moreover, Jehan Ara will continue her work as P@SHA’s president. However, she stepped down from the post of Secretary General at P@SHA. This vacant post will be filled through a complete hiring process.

P@SHA also announces some changes to the legal structure of their incubation center — NEST I/O. Ii is now become a separate entity. However, Jehan Ara is appointed as a CEO of new independent NEST I/O incubation center.

These changes are made for 2016-17 time period.
