The Company’s First Phone with a Notch-Nokia X6 is Now Official

We have been listening quite some times that HMD Global is planning to launch a Nokia phone with a notch. Now Nokia X6 launches with a notch. Last month, Nokia has showcased the device and now Nokia X6 has launched in an event in China.

Nokia X6 Launches with a Notch and 6 GB of RAM

The phone has 1.8 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. However, there will be two other Nokia X6 models. One comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. Whereas the other model has 6GB RAM and 64GB storage.

Nokia X6 features a large 5.8-inch display with FHD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, it will have Corning Gorilla Glass 3. For photography lovers, the phone has dual-camera setup. It has 16MP+5MP back camera. On the other hand, Nokia X6 has 16-megapixel front camera. Software features include automatic AI image enhancements, HDR photo mode, and the “Bothie” mode for using front and rear cameras simultaneously.

It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and comes with a 3060 mAh battery with USB Type-C connectivity. Moreover, you will find a fingerprint scanner on the back and a headphone jack at the top.

The phone will be coming in three versions at the following prices:

  • 4GB RAM / 32GB ROM: CNY 1,299 (~$200)
  • 4GB RAM / 64GB ROM: CNY 1,499 (~$235)
  • 6GB RAM / 64GB ROM: CNY 1,699 (~$265)

Moreover, the phone will be available in black, dark blue, and silver color.  Furthermore, the phone is available for pre-order in China. However, it is not sure when this phone will be available in other markets.
