Yes, Canada has introduced a fast track visa process for people who want to get an education from them. A new study permit system is called Student Direct Stream. It is Canada Fast Track visa System.

Canada Fast Track visa System to Facilitate Pakistan

Via Student Direct Stream system, the students from five countries which have also Pakistan included will get study visa processed in just 20 days. This news was announced by Canada’s Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, Ahmed Hussein MP on Twitter.

Canadian Government has also updated its website revealing the new system for people who want to get higher education. On the website, it is mentioned that:

“Depending on where you live, you may be able to get your study permit faster through the Student Direct Stream. “We try to process most Student Direct Stream applications within 20 calendar days.”

The list previously had China, Vietnam, the Philippines, and India. Now Pakistan is also added in it.  In order to apply for a Student direct stream, the student needs to have an acceptance letter from a post-secondary designated educational institute. A student needs to have biometric verification and pass the language test as well.
