Now Mute your WhatsApp Conversations Directly from Notification Panel

WhatsApp has introduced a mute conversation feature and this feature is currently available on Android devices. The new shortcut is enabled for everyone running version 2.18.216. Now you can mute your conversations directly from the notification panel. One thing should keep in mind that only conversations above than 51 messages can be mute. WhatsApp Mute Conversation feature now allows you to directly mute your conversations directly from the notification panel.

WhatsApp is now rolling out a new feature that will allow users to mute a conversation right from the notifications panel. This version of WhatsApp is currently for those users who have opted for the beta version of the application. the company is also testing sticker feature on its application.

The new Mute button feature is currently available on Android devices, reports WABetainfo. Now we can mute a conversation directly from the notification panel. It is mandatory that conversations should have more than 51 messages and the Mute shortcut won’t appear if the user has received less than 51 messages.

WhatsApp is also testing the sticker feature and the reviews of all new features are available as a part of the beta tester. The tweet highlights that whenever there will be a new WhatsApp Sticker pack available for download, there will be a green dot on the ‘+’ button.

It was also reported that the company is also working on a new feature that will let the user know a message is read from the notification panel or not. It will be Dubbed as ‘Mark as Read’ shortcut and it allows a chat to read as marked directly from the notification panel. WhatsApp Mute Conversation feature now allows you to directly mute your conversations directly from the notification panel.
