Now People can Lodge Complaints about Waste Management of City on Clean Lahore App

Lahore Waste Management Company has launched an Android application for lodging complaints regarding waste management in the city. With this application, citizens will be able to submit their complaint with live pictures, live GPS location and comments. The name of the App is Clean Lahore App, which is developed in collaboration with Punjab IT board.

The main aim of this app is to facilitate citizens with an easy way to log complaints. These complaints are designated to the staff of Lahore waste Management Company along with the whole redressal mechanism with each complaint. This is a way to keep Lahore clean.

Clean Lahore App Launched to Engage Citizens

Yesterday the launch ceremony of the App was held where Punjab Minister for Law and Local Government Raja Basharat appreciated the LWMC and Punjab IT Board for developing an app catering people needs. Right now the clean Lahore app is available for Android devices only however in near future it will be launched for iOS too.

The “Clean Lahore” once downloaded in an Android Mobile Phone, may help citizens lodge six types of complaints to report the bad condition of cleanliness, open heap, open plot filled with waste, removal of dead animals, sweeper absence and unattended container.
