Snapchat was dead for some time, due to which it also lost its user base. However a month back, the photo-sharing giants announced launching its own gaming platform. Now we have come to know that soon people will be able to play with their own Snapchat Bitmoji avatar in different video games. Yesterday the company launched Bitmoji for Games SDK. It will allow the video game developers to replace a character of the game with their own Bitmoji.
Snapchat Bitmoji in Video Games will Offer a New Experience
Basically, Snap Games are mobile games that users will be able to play within the Snapchat app while chatting. These games can be played by multiple players so it means while playing it with your friends you can also send texts or voice messages to make the game more interesting.
In order to unlock the Snapchat Bitmoji avatar, players would have to scan an on-screen snapcode. While telling about this, a Snapchat spokesperson wrote:
“Our vision is for gamers to open up their favorite game, regardless of what device it’s on, and easily “scan and play” to bring their Bitmoji directly into the game. At the option to choose an avatar or character, gamers will be shown a Snapcode on screen, prompting them to scan the code via Snapchat to link the account and play as your own Bitmoji
Right now the company has not announced the specified games for which one can choose to exchange their Bitmoji Avatar with the character of the game. The company has asked its players to remain updates as many more excitements are about to come.
