Official Twitter Account of MQM Gets Hacked

It appears that MQM is under the clouds these days. Just a few days ago Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s official page was hacked by Tehreek-e-Taliban group over the statements of MQM Chief – against the Pakistan and now its official Twitter was hacked.

According to the Official Statement of MQM,

“MQM Twitter account was hacked today and some malicious tweets were generated by the hackers. MQM does not have any responsibility for the tweets made from the account while it was hacked. Earlier the official website of the MQM was also hacked. The Co-ordination Committee of the MQM has condemned the hacking of its twitter account and said that the elements behind it were trying to create instability in the country by fomenting unrest and bitterness.”
