OnePlus 5 will be Unveiled on 20th June, Here is What we Know so Far

It seems like all the big companies are busy in launching their high-end flagships. This month, OnePlus latest smartphone is going to launch. After so many rumors, OnePlus finally confirmed the launch date of its upcoming flagship, OnePlus 5. The OnePlus 5 online launch event will begin at noon Eastern time (9 a.m. Pacific time).

In addition to the online launch event, OnePlus will hold several OnePlus 5 pop-up events in many major cities on June 20 and June 21. People who attend these events will be able to purchase along with some “exclusive swag”. One of the pop-up events will be held in New York City starting at 7 p.m on June 20, which will be attended by OnePlus CEO Carl Pei. Other events will be held on June 21 in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen and Helsinki.

Features and Specifications:

Just like its predecessor,  this phone will feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with either Full HD or QHD resolution. Moreover, the phone will come with latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. The latest OnePlus phone is expected to come in two variants. One variant will contain 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM. However, its second model will have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

To make your phone and data more secure, this phone will come with fingerprint scanner. Moreover, it has a huge battery capacity as compared to its predecessor. OnePlus 5 will have 3600 mAh powerful battery. Furthermore, the phone will come with Android Nougat with the OxygenOS skin on top.

As per as its cameras are concerned, not more information is revealed just that it will have a dual camera. As it is a high-end smartphone, it will cost more as compare to its predecessors. Most probably, it will cost $440.
