The highly anticipated flagship phone, 7 Pro by OnePlus was wrapped off on May 14. The handset comes all packed with premium features and is the company’s first triple camera smartphone. The OnePlus 7 Pro main camera setup uses a large 1/2” Sony IMX586 sensor with 48MP resolution (0.8µm pixels). Moreover, it also boasts a bright f/1.6 aperture, OIS and EIS. The smartphone went on sale on Thursday, May 16 on T-Mobile stores across the US. A New Camera Update Will Soon Make Its Way To OnePlus 7 Pro Users
Most of the people complained about the overall camera quality of the handset. So, the Oneplus developers’ team is working on a camera fix that will be delivered as early as next week. The new update will bring the overall camera improvement. Let’s have a look at what the team shared on OnePlus forum.
“The camera team have been working all the time on analyzing and fixing issues. Every system update contains code from the camera of improving the camera quality. I believe some of you receive an update when you got your OnePlus 7 Pro. That’s a significant update for the camera and I think you don’t want to miss it. Moreover, we are working on the next update which is going to be rolled out in a week or so. This update contains improvement on the HDR effect and Nightscape mode and more tweaks based on some feedback from you and reviewers. From our test, photos look substantially better.”
