OnePlus Android Pie Update-Check out the Eligibility of Your Phone

Google has announced the Android 9.0 Pie back in August. Soon after the launch, different companies have announced to bring the latest Android Pie update to many of their devices. Recently, Vivo and HTC have announced to bring the Android Pie update in its smartphones. Sony has also brought Android Pie Update in its smartphones. However, Now OnePlus has confirmed to bring Android Pie in more smartphones. According to the OnePlus Android Pie Update, OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T are getting the update. Some OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T users have just started beta testing Hydrogen OS 9.0.

The OnePlus Android Pie Update promises a new UI. The 5T is also getting Android Pie’s full-screen touch gestures. The handling of background apps has been revamped to deliver a smoother experience. The caller ID of the phone app has been improved and there’s a way to set a default SIM for dialing a given contact or group.

According to the Google, Android Pie offers support for the latest edge-to-edge screens with a cut-out for the camera and speaker. Another major feature is App Actions, that insert quick actions based on your activities within the app launcher at certain times of the day. Android Pie also brings new system navigation.

Earlier, OnePlus has delayed the Android 9.0 Pie update for the 5-series and 3-series.  But know it seems like that OnePlus 5 series will get this update by the end of the year.
