OPPO K3 Debuts With A 16MP Elevating Selfie Camera

There had been a lot of teasers and leaks swirling around us regarding the Oppo K3 since last month. Finally, the latest handset by OPPO has made its way to the Chinese Market. The phone went official earlier today.

The latest mid-range phone by Oppo features a 6.5-inch AMOLED touchscreen sporting 2340×1080 resolution. It has a “new gen” optical in-display fingerprint scanner. In addition to that, the phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710. The handset doesn’t sport any notch as the selfie camera made its way to the elevating mechanism. The handset boasts a standard pop-up selfie snapper of 16MP. On the other hand, the rear camera setup is of 16 MP + 2 MP. The handset runs ColorOS 6 with Android Pie straight out of the box.

In addition to all this, the smartphone comes with VOOC 3.0 support for the 3,765 mAh battery. Oppo K3 Color Options include Nebula Purple or Secret Black that seems Green. Moreover, a third Pearl White/Pink variant is also expected to appear soon.

The handset is a mid-ranger that is available at a very attractive price. It comes in two memory variants, each having a different price tag. The Oppo K3 Price for the 6/64 GB option is CNY1,599 ($230/€210). On the contrary, the 8/128 GB variant is priced at CNY1,899.
