According to the latest report revealed by World Economic Forum (WEF) on the Inclusive Development Index (IDI), Pakistan has successfully made its 52nd position out of the 79 developing countries. From the countries around the Globe, Pakistan Beats India in the World Economic Forum Development.

Here is the list of top 5 developing countries according to their rank:

  1. Lithuania
  2. Azerbaijan
  3. Hungary
  4. Poland
  5. Romania

Out of 79 developing economies, Pakistan ranked at 52nd position. Where as its neighboring country China ranked 15th, Nepal 27th, and Bangladesh ranked at 36th. Moreover, India is far away from these countries, ranked 60th position.

Moreover, the indexing was based on 12 performance indicators. These indicators are further divided into three pillars which are growth, inclusion, and inter-generational equity. Along with economic development, the report also emphasized on incorporating the social-inclusion of a country.
