Pakistan Post entered the digital age with the launch of their first ever tracking app. Today, the state enterprise held a launch ceremony for this all-new mobile application. Federal Minister for Communications and Postal Services, Murad Saeed was the chief guest. Together with him, Postal Services federal secretary, director general as well as other officers also attended the ceremony. At the ceremony,  it was unveiled that the government wants to make Pakistan Post a customer friendly, self-sustaining and technology-driven entity in the digital world of today.

The mobile Application will help the customers to track and trace their parcels whether they are local or international via RFID stickers. RFID Stickers help in tracking the parcels. Furthermore, the state enterprise has announced 72-hour export parcel service as well. In addition to that, Home pick up service will be provided to facilitate the females, aged people and the entrepreneurs working from home. The app will provide quickest possible COD reconciliation.
