Pakistani Hackers Take Down Google Bangladesh Domain

It seems like hacking has become a trend these days. We almost daily see a hacking activity around us. Yesterday users were not be able to access the Google’s Bangladesh domain, as Pakistani Hackers Take Down Google Bangladesh Domain. Google’s Bangladesh domain was taken down by a group of Pakistani hackers named “Team Pak Cyber Attackers“. The hackers has altered the domain address in BTCL’s DNS entry to redirect users to other page. However, the page is now working fine.

When users search for google.com.bd, a black screen with the following message appears:

“Google Bangladesh STAMPED by Team Pak Cyber Attackers.”

“Security is just an illusion.”

Under these two lines, the hacker also posted the link on his Facebook Profile with email id. Here is the screenshot of the page:

However, Google quickly redirected the users access from Bangladesh page to main page (google.com). In addition to it, BTCL restored the access to the site by fixing the malicious entry introduced in system.

Quite recent, Yahoo faced the biggest data breach of the history. It said it had not yet recognized the invasion that led to the enormous data theft and noted that payment-card data and bank account information were not kept in the system the company considers was affected.
