Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) has recently launched Biometrically verified Complaint and Feedback System for Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) Beneficiaries.
The newly introduced application is inaugurated by Chairperson of BISP Marvi Memon. PITB carried out demo of Biometrically verified Complaint and Feedback System for BISP Beneficiaries during its launch ceremony in Rawalpindi. This application was designed and launched in 2 days. This application will keep a track record of beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries visiting the BISP office and biometrically verifying legit holder of Benazir Card.
PITB Launches Biometrically Verified Complaint and Feedback System for BISP Beneficiaries
To effectively serve beneficiaries, BISP has already set in place a comprehensive complaint mechanism through which anybody can request for inclusion, check eligibility, report for exclusion and seek other information by visiting BISP field/Tehsil offices, by writing a letter to BISP, by lodging a complaint online on BISP website or by calling our toll free number 0800-26477. For this purpose BISP has also set a centralized complaint office with efficient and considerate staff that is available for the service of the callers from across Pakistan from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. The staff provides information about new initiatives, register complaints and resolve complaints on spot regarding CNIC updates and appeals for eligibility cases.

Marvi Memon highly appreciated PITB’s efforts and thanked them for their support. PITB will also launch the newly introduced system in all 410 BISP centers across Pakistan and will also conduct their next survey scheduled in 2016.
