Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) successfully presented the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for automation of NAB’s internal process to Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan.

PITB Presents Contributions in NAB’s Internal Process to Chief Justice of Pakistan

Punjab Information Technology Board is a technology arm of Punjab Government. It helps the Punjab Government to achieve its ICT potential by developing and implementing various strategies. For this purpose it launched several projects for the betterment of the country and to remove corruption and terrorism from Punjab.

Punjab Information Technology Board has launched an Anti-Corruption Case Management System (ACCMS). It is an online case management system designed to facilitate the working of the department of anti-corruption establishment, Punjab, Pakistan. It manages all the cases, inquiries, probes and complaints registered with the department of anti-corruption establishment. The system also enables supporting evidence through geo-tagging, to monitor corrupt practices in the developmental projects.

PITB also launched Automation of Counter Terrorism Department and Crime Investigation Reporting System. Automation of Counter Terrorism Department works as a secret eye, and provides enormous services to various government organizations for vigilance. Crime Investigation Reporting System creates a crime data base which is extracted on regular basis from each department’s record system so that the information being viewed online is the most current available.
