Porsche to Release T Versions of the 718 Boxster and Cayman

On Tuesday, Porsche announced that it is releasing the 718 Boxster and Cayman T models. These two models are among the purest sports cars you really want. Porsche to Release T Versions soon.

T model is based on the non-S version of the 718. It comes with a base engine, that generates a still-healthy 300 horsepower from its turbocharged flat-four engine.  The 718 T models will offer both a six-speed manual and a seven-speed PDK automatic transmission. They will also come with manual benefiting from a stubbier gearshift.

Performance standards upgraded with lowered PASM sports suspension and the sport Chrono package with additional driving modes.

T versions have twenty-inch wheels painted in gray and are further decorated visually with special side graphics, gray mirrors, and the central exhaust finished in black. The T version’s exterior colors will be white, black, silver, red, yellow, Miami Blue, and Lava Orange. You will find “T” logos scattered throughout the interior.

The 718 T version has fabric door pulls and a standard Sport Chrono package, and simplified two-way-adjustable power seats with cloth inserts.

Porsche didn’t announce pricing for the 718 Boxster T and 718 Cayman T but the company said that these models will offer a slight discount compared to a base Boxster or Cayman.
