PTA & MoITT Extend Android Development Training for Women to AJK

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and Ministry of IT & Telecom have organized a special training program for female IT Developers under its women empowerment initiative of Smart-Pakistan. The Android Development Training for women IT Developers is being conducted in University of Poonch, Rawalakot Azad Jammu & Kashmir. More than 40 IT fresh graduates and Students enrolled themselves in the training. The five day training session will end on 11^th March, 2016. Dr. Syed Ismail Shah-Chairman PTA expressed PTA and MoITT full support to women developers attending the course of the Government of Pakistan in bringing them at par with the rest of the IT World.

PTA & MoITT Extend Android Development Training for Women to AJK

PTA along with MoITT initiated the free training program in collaboration with Central Asian Cellular Forum. The training team has expertise in the field of  Addriod and iOS mobile Application Development, Designing, Testing and Commercialization. During the five day session, the trainers will not only give basic Android Mobile Application Development training but will also guide the participants about complete app development life cycle leading to commercialization.

Pakistan and AJK women Developers are catching up fast with the global trends of explosive growth of mobile broadband and smartphone penetration so such kind of training sessions will definitely act as a boost up for Women Empowerment in the region.
