PTA to Host INET Islamabad Conference
The Internet Society in collaboration with the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority (PTA), will host the INET Conference at Islamabad on 17th and 18th  November, 2015. Bringing together more than 250 participants representing government, mobile operators, ISPs, financial institutions, academia, ICT entrepreneurs and the general public. The forum will lay out Pakistan’s ICT agenda as a way of accelerating the development of the overall country’s digital economy and advancing sustainable development.
INET Islamabad reinforces Pakistan’s Vision 2025, a set of policy reforms which has recognized the role of ICTs in modernizing the public sector, and in expanding and expediting the delivery of public services to its citizens.

The 2-day conference will feature international and national subject matter experts with experience in ICT policy making and development. The fundamental agenda is to build ICT plan for sustainable economy and bringing Pakistan on the road of development through digital economy.
