Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has launched its PTCL Summit Management Trainee Programme few months back which was kick started with PTCL Team’s recruitment drives in various universities and institutes all over Pakistan. The HR team conducted drive sessions in 26 universities whereas the MT Programme was open for all university students. “Climb the Summit” is PTCL’s 3rd Batch of Summit Management Trainee Programme.
PTCL On-boards 150 Summiteers Under its Signature MT Programme ‘Climb the Summit’
PTCL officially on-boarded the successful candidates with a welcoming ceremony at its Headquarters in Islamabad.
Syed Mazhar Hussain, Chief HR Officer while speaking at the occasion said that:
“PTCL is always working towards developing the employees. The basic objective behind the Summit programme was to attract top talent for PTCL and then development of young individuals on the basis of their competence”.
After a rigorous process of talent hunt, out of 16,000 candidates PTCL shortlisted 150 from across Pakistan; who will be send to Haripur Training & Development Academy of PTCL. At academy these candidates will be trained for one and a half month for the future endeavors and challenging career opportunities at PTCL.
We expect that the young talent would contribute well to the progress of PTCL and additionally they will also get professional experience while working at PTCL.
