QMobile unveils QMobile Noir i1 featuring average specs specially designed for those who cant afford expensive phones or dont want to carry expensive smartphone. The smartphone is particularly designed for rough use as its screen is packed with Gorilla Glass protection, other specifications of QMobile Noir i1 are 4.0” LCD display, packed with 1.3 GHz quad core with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB of decent internal storage. QMobile Noir i1 sports 5 MP rear camera and smart camera on front for selfie. It supports 3G network technology and further connectivity includes Bluetooth, FM Radio, WiFi and MicroUSB 2.0 port for data transfer. Battery inside the QMobile Noir i1 is removable and its capacity is 1500 mAh. QMobile Noir i1 price in Pakistan is Rs. 6,390-/.

Display of QMobile Noir i1:
The display of the QMobile Noir is lined with 4” LCD having (480 x 854) pixels resolutions. Below the touch screen is a navigation controls virtual buttons which has no back-light. The proximity and light sensor is not visible on the front.
The display is protected by Gorilla Glass which has probably the first of its kind design that is packed with extra protection. Although the screen resolution is not much notable, yet the display is shiny and screen colors are well controlled. The density of pixels on the screen is 240 dpi.
Design of QMobile Noir i1:
QMobile i1 got beautiful design available in two variant colors grey and beige; well, we had grey color handset for review. The dimension measure (120 x 63 x 10) mm and total weight is just 110 grams which makes it handy and catchy. Noir i1 easily fits in pocket due to smooth curved edges.
On right side, the only physical buttons are placed; power button and volume controller, all set on their place and work perfectly too. On the opposite side adjusts the place for MicroUSB port for charging and data transfer. The top side is dedicated for audio jack and on the bottom is microphone.
While on the back, you find 5 MP camera with LED flash and loudspeaker grill next to camera on the left side. The two lines on the top and bottom divide the back in three parts but it’s just a design without any technical job.
Processor of QMobile Noir i1:
QMobile Noir i1 is provided with Quad core spreadtrum SC7731 CPU with clocked speed of 1.3 GHz. Noir i1 works fine with the chip on board, it can run heavy application smoothly but you need to run heavy application one at a time. It lags while loading heavy applications, however it runs Facebook, Whatsapp and other social applicationds smoothly but make sure to tun one at a time. The smartphone has heating issue while charging or using 3G service.
The graphics matters are controlled by Mali-400MP GPU working OpenGL ES 2.0. All the images and video display on screen are handled by GPU.
Memory for QMobile Noir i1:
QMobile Noir i1 comes with 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory, expandable upto 32 GB with external MicroSD card. The 1GB RAM is enough to assist the Quad core processor for processing.
Camera within QMobile Noir i1:
QMobile Noir i1 has 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and smart camera on the front. The cameras are not as good as it supposed to be. It has ordinary settings options for the camera.
The main feature that lacks in back camera doesn’t features with autofocus option, it cannot focus any object in the picture. The camera has two modes that are Panorama and HDR.
Rear Camera of QMobile Noir i1:
The rear camera has 5MP lens with LED flash however it does not has autofocus feature; in fact there is no focus feature added in camera. The resolution of the back camera is (2592 x 1944) pixels and can also make 1080p HD videos. Unfortunately the image quality is not upto the mark as it could have been better. The picture captured with back camera is a bit noisy and colors look dark and blurred.
Front Camera of QMobile Noir i1:
The smartphone has smart camera on the front for selfie having size of (720 x 480) with 4:3 native ratios. The image quality is just fair as we can’t expect more from it. The low-end smartphone usually lacks some features. The camera can make 480p video too.
Network/ Connectivity of QMobile Noir i1:

QMobile Noir i1 is powered with 1500 mAh battery which is removable. It takes almost 2 hours to get charge and gets down rapidly once you start using 3G services. The battery drainage is not properly managed by the operating system. While using GSM network, the battery lasts for a whole single day. The battery and all the specs are still reasonable for the given price tag.

The interface of QMobile Noir i1 is usual android 5.1 interface, the home screen has some commonly used apps and Google search bar. The theme gives the feel of using Huawei smartphone as the theme has been borrowed from Huawei p8 lite and Huawei Y6 Pro. The home screen has menu icon which leads you to another activity to show all the installed apps on the smartphone.
