QMobile has launched QMobile Noir S2 Pro, another sibling of Noir S2 and new member in S-series. Noir S2 Pro features 5.0 HD IPS display on front, 8MP front and back camera with decent photography modes. The phones is clothed with metal back that gives premium feel and looks stunning in hands. it’s been powered with latest Android v6.0 (Marshmallow). Display of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The QMobile Noir S2 Pro has 5.0 inch HD IPS display of 720p resolutions. S2 Pro has a pixel density of 320 dpi. The screen offers decent image quality although the icon color looks little bit tint.

The S2 Pro screen offers average brightness. However its white levels are higher, which has a negative impact on contrast. The device has very good display overall. You have a manual setting too, so you can adjust display balance that looks best to you.

Design and Display of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The QMobile Noir S2 Pro has 5 inches screen. Thick bezel has covered the whole screen. The Noir S2 has 2500 mAh removable battery. Qmobile S2 pro has 141x69x6.5mm body dimensions and the body weight is 158 grams.

The front of the QMobile S2 Pro is covered in a 2D glass with no any extra specific feature. It is a flat sheet of glass with no any beveled edges. The front camera and front LED flash light is present at the forehead. LED notification light is also present at the top side. Function keys are marked at the bottom of the front screen.

The S2 Pro edges have connectivity ports of audio jack and USB. Volume keys and power button is labeled at the right edge and the bottom edge of the phone holds mic.

The Back Body has plastic material cover with the shiny display. The S2 Pro has scanner of camera at its back body which is used to detect pictures, just place your finger on it and it will take images automatically. It can be used for fingerprint scanner but S2 Pro is featured only with camera sensor. The back camera and LED flash is present above the scanner and speakers are present at the bottom side.

Memory for QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The Noir S2 Pro has 16GB internal memory and you can expand it up-to 32 GB with the help of memory card. QMobile should provide the memory expand option at least up-to 64GB so you could easily download large size games and applications.

The RAM consist of 2GB which is fair enough for mid-range smartphone. Multiple Applications and videos can work without any delay.

Camera within QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The camera section of QMobile Noir S2 Pro has excellent combination of back and front camera. QMobile has upgraded its system in S2-Pro as they are giving 8MP both in front and back camera. The front 8MP selfie camera will gain attention of customers.

The both cameras are accessible with LED flash light. You have option of flash light to use it or not and you can adjust it automatically. Video Camera can make videos of 1080p resolutions and low quality also.

The main tagline of Noir S2 Pro is “One Touch One Shot”, used for camera scanner which is present at the back side.

The S2 Pro has 8MP rear camera with useable flash light. Many modes are featured for back camera like Face Beauty, Professional, Panorama, HDR, Night, Sports and Scene frame. Auto Focus mode is present for back camera.

The back camera of Noir S2 Pro has decent and easy to use interface. Options and settings menu has well organized display. Settings like Touch shot, Smile shot, Selfie timer, Geo tagging, zero shutter and anti-flicker can be adjust via setting menu.

The picture quality of Noir S2 Pro is very good, it captures the image with proper lighting and auto focus. The hue of the colors in pictures are brilliant that makes the results better.

Front Camera of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The front camera of QMobile Noir S2 Pro features 8MP selfie camera with auto focus mode. The front camera has a flash light and can access camera scanner option also. Face Beauty, Wide Selfie and scene frame options are available for front camera.

The result of front camera is good, noise hurts some of the fine details of image. Color temperature is satisfactory and you can make videos from front camera in 1080p at 30fps.

Network / Connectivity of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The Noir S2 Pro has only 3G connectivity, it lacks of LTE network. It has cat.4 150/50 Mbps data speed limit over 3G connectivity. The handset has other connectivity’s also like Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and FM Radio.

Dual Sims options is available with the access microSim slots. MicroUSB port is also available to charge your device and transfer the data with the help of laptop or notebook.

Battery Performance of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The QMobile Noir S2 Pro has 2500 mAh removable battery. It could have been better if QMobile provides non removable battery. Videos will work fine as S2 Pro is mechanized with 4 cores.

The S2 Pro has resolutions of 720p so battery of 2500 mAh will provide maximum 4-5 hours of consecutive usage. Additional usage like mobile data connectivity reduce the battery very quickly.

Interface of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The QMobile Noir S2 Pro has 5 inch screen with 720p resolutions. The handset has operating system of native android 6.0 (Marshmallow). Vibrant color display presents a very catchy effect on eyes.

The lock screen has very soft and cool display. Date and time is featured in center of the screen whereas remaining battery percentage is shown at bottom screen. Status bar is present at the top and options of Google voice search and camera resides at bottom side.

The main screen has attractive display, time and weather widget are displayed at the top. Google search bar is also placed at main screen whereas applications are arranged in well-organized manner. Icons of applications are little bit tint.

Application menu has alphabetically arranged applications in the form of sheet. Alphabets from A-Z are placed at the left screen, you can search any application from the given alphabets or you can directly search the application via search bar present at the top screen.

Bloat ware applications have become necessary part of devices especially from QMobile. The Noir S2 Pro has some bloat wares already installed in it for example One Clean, Phone assistant, QApp Store etc.

Processor of QMobile Noir S2 Pro:

The Noir S2 Pro is equipped with 1.3 GHZ Quad Core Processor. Architecture is ARM Cortex-A7. Chipset is MT6580 with 32 bit type. It should be 64 bit to make it faster.

The QMobile S2 Pro has only 1GB RAM which works fine for few applications but not much for multi-tasking. They should provide at least 2GB of RAM. Heating issue has not been examined while testing this QMobile device.
