Razer Phone 2 to Arrive By the End of 2018

Razer Phone 2 is rumored to arrive by the end of this year. The original Razer Phone was not advertised as a gaming smartphone, but more like the ideal smartphone for gamers. However, now the company is planning to release next smartphone with 120Hz display and more than decent specs sheet.

Razer Phone 2 to Come By the End of the Year

No doubt that this new smartphone have to compete with other flagships like Samsung Galaxy S9, OnePlus 6, LG G7 ThinQ and Huawei P20, but Razer is much confident by how well its gaming-088 smartphone performed on the market.

During ChinaJoy 2018, the annual gaming trade showing held in Shanghai, Razer Global VP Chen Xiaoping has confirmed that a new Razer phone will be launched in China by the end of the year.

Chen Xiaoping also said that the new Razer device will come with the newest Qualcomm chipset, but did not name it. Currently, the newest chip from Qualcomm is the Snapdragon 845, the U.S. company plans to launch the Snapdragon 855 by the end of 2018. If the phone doesn’t launch for a few months then it’s feasible that it could use the rumored Snapdragon 855.

No more details about the Razer Phone 2 or its specs are available, but we can expect it to be a top-end handset built for gaming with internal storage of at least 8GB RAM.
