The smartphone was lately certified by TENAA which revealed both NSA and SA 5G support along with the usual LTE and other older connections. The punch-hole cutout will be substituted by a standard teardrop notch with a 16 MegaPixel front camera.

The TENAA listing doesn’t unveil the chipset, but previous leaks from Weibo infer that it will incorporate MediaTek Dimensity 820 SoC which would be a worthy upgrade over the Redmi Note 9. The CPU configuration is not disclosed, but the high-performance chipset will be clocked at 2.6GHz. In addition to that, it will feature 6GB RAM and 64GB UFS 2.1 with more options up to 8GB/256GB.
