Rivo Rhythm RX300 Device Launch: Advance Telecom Issues Consumer Alert

Advance Telecom, the official distributor of RIVO Mobiles in Pakistan, issued a consumer alert and announced that it does not have anything to do with a device launched recently known as “Rivo Mobile Rhythm RX300”. The company has warned that that they are neither the official warranty Provider nor the device “Rivo Mobile Rhythm RX300” has been approved by PTA. The announcement was made by Syed Noman Zahid the legal advisor of Advance Telecom through a public notice appearing in a major newspaper in Pakistan.

According to the Public Notice issued by Advance Telecom through its legal advisor reads as:

“General public, persons and entities are associated with the business of mobile phones are hereby informed that Our Client Advance Telecom are not the importers, distributors and seller and/or warranty providers of “Rivo Mobile Rhythm RX300” Mobile phones as currently available in mobile market across Pakistan. General public is further informed that “Rivo Mobile Rhythm RX300” is not registered with PTA and has nothing to do with Advance Telecom or any of its entities, affiliates and as such as our client shall not be responsible and/or reliable to any person or entity for after-sales service, warranty and for claims, losses and damages, whatsoever, in respect of RIVO Mobile Rhythm RX300 Mobile phones.”

According to this public notice:

“The entire general public, persons and entities that are associated with the business of mobile phones are hereby informed that Advance Telecom is not the importers, distributors, seller or warranty providers of Rivo Mobile Rhythm RX300.”
