Rumor: Apple to Re-introduce 4-inch iPhones

According to a report from tech blog 9to5Mac which has put up a reputation for consistently breaking Apple news, the Cupertino, California, electronics colossal may be working on a 4-inch Apple iPhone and it might be unveiled in March. The model could be named the iPhone 5se.

Other than working on a smaller kind of its riotously popular phone, Apple is also preparing to disclose its Watch bands in new materials, together with a new version of the watch software and perhaps a pair of iPads. The second generation Apple Watch design is said to be scheduled for the same month, 9to5Mac reported. Though Apple did not give any official statement regarding this rumor.

However Apple has met customer demand for bigger screens in its iPhone 6 and 6S series, selling a smaller-screen phone would charm to fans of more diminutive models. As Apple’s main profit generator, keeping the iPhone renewed is imperious to a strong sales projection. Apple lingers to post a profit quarter after quarter in a product market where steadfast brands like Samsung and HTC skirmish for sound growth.

• Support for Apple Pay, Live Photos

• Uses iPhone 6 processors (A8, M8)
• Colors: Silver, space gray, rose gold
• Pricing: Same as current iPhone 5S (varies by region)
• Could sell late March or April

Other than the new iPhone, the tech blog is of the view that Apple will also introduce other gadgets as well such as new Apple Watch and iPads. The new Apple Watch could have an updated software and might be redesigned too. New iPads code-named “iPad 6,3” and “6,4” may perhaps land in November.
