The tech giant proudly showed off Bixby back in March and then was only able to release it in South Korea in May after a month it launched its flagship device.

It is obvious that the largest smart Phone maker out of utter disappointment took three whole months to bring it in US. It is still not known when Samsung would be able to bring Bixby in other countries or support other languages.

Not just Galaxy S8 depends on Bixby but also the company is working on smart speakers that will be powered by Bixby

Not just Galaxy S8 depends on Bixby but also the company is working on smart speakers that will be powered by Bixby. It was said to compete smart speakers like Amazon Echo, Google Home, Microsoft Invoke and Apple HomePod. But the continuous delay shows that Samsung’s smart Speaker may not be able to make it’s place in market.

The delay to launch Bixby worldwide clearly narrates that Samsung will likely to lose out market share and customer usage data as people will opt for other voice assistants. After the ruined reputation of Samsung due to Galaxy Note 7, company should try to regain its position in market rather than make it worse with continuous delay of Bixby.

Samsung S8 and S8 plus US users you can enjoy Bixby by pressing the dedicated Hardware button on your handset. You need to install the necessary update. When you are done just press the button and say “Hi Bixby” to start the assistant.
