According to certain rumours circulating on the internet, Samsung is trying to bring its own Email app. It seems like the existing Email app on Android is not pretty good for Samsung users. According to some leaks that the upcoming app will be safer than the previous one and this is the only reason why Samsung is pushing it to people.
Samsung users had received several calls from Google, telling them that Samsung Email app is prone to bugs and It is not safe. It also informed that the publisher has access to the user’s personal Gmail data. Well, as expected Samsung denied it and announced that it was a bug which is fixed now.
Email Plus- The Samsung Email App
Well as the Korean tech giant wants to launch its email app, we are expecting that the bug is fixed and now it would be safe for us. LetsGoDigital also found “Email Plus” trademark which was filed by Samsung UK.
In the description, it is written that “ Email Plus is computer software for smartphones and tablets to manage email accounts.”
Right now the company has not disclosed when that app will be launched however we are expecting it will make its way to planet earth with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10. The Email App developed by Samsung is also included in the listings on Google Play Store. But it will only work on Samsung devices and not on other Android devices.
Will Email Plus be Safe?
Well, it’s quite surprising to know that some people from Google have to call Samsung users to tell them that the developer of the app is spying on them. Well even if the company denies the fact and says it was just a bug, it would be difficult to build trust once again. No Comments for now!
