Samsung Galaxy A60 & A40s Are Available For Pre-orders Now

The tech giant, Samsung unveiled Galaxy A60 & A40s last week in China. Recently, the handsets appeared on the company’s website for pre-orders, revealing the launch dates. So, if you like Samsung’s Galaxy A-series smartphones and want to get your hands on A60 or A40s then you can place your orders right now.

Samsung Galaxy A40s

The Samsung Galaxy A40s features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ Infinity-U display. The handset packs an Exynos 7904 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. Moreover, it features a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support to keep the lights on. It allows you to take beautiful pictures with its 16MP selfie snapper. The rear camera setup features a 13MP f/1.9 main camera alongside a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide and 5MP depth sensor units.

The Samsung Galaxy A60 comes with a 6.3-inch LCD Infinity-O display of FHD+ resolution. The punch hole of the handset in the top left corner packs a 32MP selfie snapper. The phone does not feature a speaker grille on the top as Samsung introduced its ScreenCast sound technology which utilizes the whole display as one big speaker, similar to the LG G8 ThinQ.

At the rear, the Samsung Galaxy A60 features a 32MP f/1.7 main shooter alongside a secondary 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide one and a 5MP depth sensor. There is the LED flash below the cameras. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 675 alongside 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The battery capacity of the handset is 3,500 mAh that can be charged via the type-C connector.

Price and Availability of Galaxy A60 and A40s:

According to the sources, both handsets will start from CNY1,499 ($225/€200) for the 6/64 GB variant. However, the Galaxy A60 has a second version with double the storage that costs CNY1,999 ($300/€270). Pre-orders will be ending on May 5 at 10:00, when the shipping will begin. However, the Galaxy A60 pre-orders will end five days later.
