I have mobile Samsung A71 and I dont know how much I need to pay tax. I did contact the 8484 and added IMEI details for both sim as required but they kept replying me that i am not providing them with the correct IMEI. please help.

That only happens I guess if the IMEI of your phone is changed. Did you buy it used?
Try visiting the PTA office, they’ll find out the exact reason and help you out.
